Secretary- My role involves managing and documenting the proceedings of board meetings. This includes taking accurate meeting minutes, distributing them to board members, and ensuring that all action items are tracked and followed up on. I also assist in maintaining important records, updating the membership roster, and handling official correspondence. Additionally, I help coordinate the logistics for meetings and events, ensuring smooth communication within the organization.

I am the Marketing and Communications Assistant at The Hinton Rural Life Center. I manage administrative tasks, coordinate board meetings, and ensure effective communication among members. I work closely with board members to oversee updates to our website, bylaws, and membership processes. I also organize events and manage key initiatives, including financial reports and membership dues adjustments, to foster a positive and collaborative environment within the group.
